Working with master licence agency for Hello Kitty and Mr Men, the brief was to epanded and explore new food opporitnutes for this 50 year old world loved Kitty, This wide ranging brief has seen everything from donut to food trucks come to life 

HELPING A COFFEE COMPANY ENGAGE FESTIVAL GOERS

We helped a leading coffee brand engage with festival goers.  We developed the concept and created the experience with their brand team, it was opened early in the morning again late in the night, we baked fresh cookies on site and pumped the smell of roasting coffee late and night and in the morning 

FROM CHILLER DESSERT TO RETAIL BRAND

The Choux Shop started as retail concept and the NPD team wanted to explore if the the idea would live as a standalone brand ?. We helped developed the concept, initial menus and test products and worked the with brand agency on the live in-store experience

REINVENTING KETCHUP FOR A NEW TARGET    

Pucker Up is our  very own in-house brand and covenutre,  we created for our Fish & Chip shops and the Reef Bar and Grill, resorts.  This cheeky ketchup, has gone down a storm  so it will soon be available online and in a store near you in 2020

COOLALINGA KITCHEN & FOOD MANAGEMEN

A prime example of how we help non-food operators maximise their revenue, we deployed a team of handpicked chefs and took over the day to day management of the kitchens and food offering at this famous Darwin tavern, driving revenue and footfall

Working with an international brand agency. briefed to help develop the idea and the food & service offer, recipe & menu development and look at healthy options offering and franchisee operating model 

DEVELOPMENT DAY INTERNATIONAL FOOD CO

As part of a larger project, we facilitated an early stage concept development day , we mixed the client development and brand teams with specialists pastry chefs to help bring to life some of the ideas that were developed in a product ideation  

BLUE EXPLORERS RESORTS

We have worked on this project since its inception back in 2017. The first resort opened in May 2018. We developed the end to end F&B concept for the Reef Bar & Grill the resorts branded food offer.  Menu costs, trained and deployed one of our chefs to train the staff and oversee the launch period 

CREATING  CUPCAKES SEASONS

Briefed by an international NPD agency to look at new flavour and future flavoured trends and develop a range of Spring Summer and Autumn Winter delights. We created a range of 10 new flavours for each season for the upcoming yearn  

PAIRING FOOD AND WINE FOR A WINE BRAND 

Working with a brand engagement agency who briefed us to come up with unique wine and food pairing experience at an international airport. Working with the wine maker and crafted a exciting menu paired with their wines, the difference was when guests went to pay there were told it free. - we managed the pop-up for 3 months during the summer of 2018
